Shipping:

  • Shipping is based on weight of purchase
  • Once we ship an item, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local post office and file a claim for a missing package.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

 

Return Policy:

We hope you LOVE everything you purchase from us but we understand that sometimes things just don't work! We offer a return for store credit policy as we want you to choose another item that you absolutely adore. Please read our guidelines below and as always, feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions. If you believe you've received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Guidelines for returns:

Items can be returned for store credit only.

We are not able to offer refunds.

Store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of your original order's delivery date. 

To initiate your return, please email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur, odors and smoke.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items and food items are NOT returnable, they are always a final sale. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, headbands, brushes, and jewelry as well as intimates such as bralettes and swimwear are final sale only.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Store credit will be issued or we will change sizes for you if available. Shipping costs on any exchanges must be paid by customer. If free shipping was offered, shipping costs will be deducted from the return credit.
  • If you have exchanged three or more items in a month, we will not accept additional exchanges. Please message us to discuss size charts before ordering
  • Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will be subject to a restocking fee

 

We want you to LOVE your items, so please read size charts when they are offered. Feel free to message us for sizing or styling advice.

 

Defective Items:

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact us at hello@annmariesgrace.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Please include details of the defect and attach pictures. We will reply within 48 business hours of receiving your email.

  • Only USD currency payments are accepted. 
  • Payments can made by using Paypal and our Credit card processing company who accepts all major credit cards. 
  • All payment processing companies are secure and follow all federal guidelines.
