A. Yes, you can exchange or return your item for store credit. All items must be postmarked and shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

You are welcome to send your new, unworn, unwashed item, in its original packaging and/or tags still attached with packing slip. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, fur, odor and smoke.

If an item comes back missing tags, packaging, or showing signs of wear a restocking fee of 10-50% may be deducted depending on the damage.
We maintain the right to refuse a return completely.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a free shipping coupon was used the actual cost of shipping will be deducted.

  • ●   You will be a issued a store credit, you will receive an email containing a coupon code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), less shipping costs, once your return has been processed. The coupon will be available immediately once your return is processed. These coupons cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

A. We do our very best to inspect all items before heading your way but if for any reason there is a defect of some kind that we may have missed, we will cover return shipping and get you refunded as soon as we receive your item back

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at annmariesgrace.csr@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please include the details of the defect and attach pictures of the defect. We will reply within 48 business hours of receiving your email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Items will be inspected once received and if no defect is found you will be refunded minus the cost of the return shipping label and a restocking fee will apply. Returns are still subject to the 14 day return policy.

A. Sezzle gives shoppers the option to pay for their order in 4 equal, interest free payments, rather than all at once.

A. Due to the fact that we cannot verify if the washing instruction were followed, once an item has been washed it is considered a “Final Sale” and is ineligible to be returned. We recommend checking all items for washing instruction before washing. Please note that hand-wash items should be washed by hand and not on the “hand wash” cycle on the machine.

A. We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

A. Unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel the order. We are super speedy and often have orders processed within minutes of your order being placed. Once an order is placed it is subject to the return policy.

If a shipment is unable to be delivered or the customer chooses to return to sender, the customer is responsible for any fees associated with or costs of the return and the original shipping costs. The total amount will be deducted from the customers store credit. Please be sure your address is correct when placing your order.

A. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email provided with a link to track your package. Click on that link and get ready to receive your amazing purchase!

A. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once it ships it usually takes 5 - 7 business days to get to you, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands. Once we ship an item, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local post office and file a claim for a missing package.

A. During the first step of checkout, click where it says "Gift card or discount code" then put in your chosen code and click "Apply". Remember, you can only use one discount code at a time!

On the second step of checkout, you will place the code in the box that says "Gift card or discount code" then put in your chosen code and click "Apply".

A. Our system will only allow one discount code to be used on an order.
